Praying on a fixed schedule is not a “Catholic thing”, or any religion at all. Even Muslims and Vestal Virgins pray on a fixed schedule of roughly morning, mid-morning, noon, mid-afternoon and evening at minimum. Monasteries work around the clock, so there are hours for night time as well.
The names I use just happen to be in Latin. It really has nothing to do with your “faith” but, is just “time management” of ones life in general to whomever or whatever you are devoted to. The sincerity and nature of your devotion is a totally different issue.
This is how I was raised and so it is what I personally know. I am not suggesting it for anyone else but, only note it here on our website so people know what the heck I am talking about when I use the Latin names. God Bless the Yehoshvah Prayer Team.
